Sunday Service is the controller of information submitted through this website. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, use our enquiry form and choose Privacy or data request.

What we collect and why

We collect your name, email address, optional phone number and the event information you choose to provide. We use it to respond to your enquiry, discuss availability and manage a possible booking. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. If a booking is agreed, we may also retain information where necessary to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations.

Protecting the enquiry form

We check submissions for unsolicited marketing and limit repeated attempts. For these limits, we temporarily store hashed identifiers derived from your email address and network address, together with attempt counts. These expire within two hours and are removed when the form next processes an enquiry. We do not store your raw network address in these records. If the form prevents you sending a genuine enquiry or privacy request, email info@sundayservice.band.

Who receives it

Your information is available only to authorised members of Sunday Service and service providers that host the website, deliver enquiry notifications and operate our email inbox. We use Resend to deliver form notifications. We do not sell your information or use enquiry details for marketing.

International transfers

Resend processes and stores email content and delivery information in the United States. Its data processing terms include safeguards for transfers from the UK. Other website and email providers may also process information outside the UK using appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries saved by this website are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. Resend retains email content and delivery logs for up to 30 days on its standard plans. If a booking goes ahead, necessary business records may be kept for longer where required by law.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction or object to its use. You can contact us through our enquiry form. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may set a short-lived, strictly necessary security cookie to protect the website from malicious traffic. It is not used for advertising or to track you across different websites. If we introduce non-essential tracking, this policy and any consent choices will be updated first.
